Supported through every trimester, and beyond
Pregnancy is a beautiful season, and it asks a lot of your body. Your posture shifts, your pelvis changes and your nervous system is working overtime.
Our prenatal care uses gentle, specific adjustments to support comfort, balance and function for you and your growing baby. Dr. Brandi is Webster Technique certified and perinatal certified through the ICPA, and this approach is well known among OBs, midwives and birth professionals.
What is the Webster Technique?
The Webster Technique is a gentle, specific approach that focuses on the pelvis and the muscles and ligaments around it. By supporting pelvic balance, it helps create more space and comfort for mom, and an environment where baby has room to move and grow.
How care may support you
Many expecting moms come to us for support with:
- Low back, hip and pelvic discomfort, including round ligament and pubic symphysis pain
- Sciatica and rib or neck tension
- Sleep and overall energy
- Digestive comfort
- Pelvic alignment and room for baby
- Feeling connected, prepared and empowered for birth
Postpartum
Care doesn't end at delivery. Many moms come back for help with the neck and upper back tension of nursing and carrying baby, and for support as their body recovers and adjusts to a new rhythm.
